The great gatsby essay

A major theme in the great Gatsby is the Pursuit of what can be the American dream.To began with Gatsby was never part of the establishment,because we learn that he was born in North Dakota into a poor farming  family .As we read along we found out that limitations that went with being poor.I think this is how the American Dream Begins.           Gatsby gets a taste for the rich throughout Dan Cody. we learned to Gatsby make his fortune trough an  elaborated bottling operations. this is essentially the American dream to Gatsby.
